MERGE's Dubai-based field service engineers maintain and repair aesthetic laser devices for clinics across all Emirates, covering Candela, Quanta System, Cynosure, Deka and Lutronic Spectra lasers as well as HydraFacial machines.
Clinics can choose a standard Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), which includes preventive maintenance and labour with spare parts at special discounted rates, or a Comprehensive AMC (CAMC), which also covers the spare parts and consumables needed to keep the device working. Both are available as 1-, 2- or 3-year plans and help clinics meet MOH medical equipment maintenance standards.
